Mommy Moments: Summer Plans

So what will you be doing with your kids this summer?

Aside from going to waterparks and swimming pools, one of the main events that we are looking forward to is Nica's Ballet Recital in May.

She has been enrolled in dance class since this January and it's a combo class on Tap Dancing, Ballet, and Gymnastics. She loves it a lot and looks forward to the weekly lessons.

In May, the whole dance school will have a recital. But here are some photos of their weekly practices:

My Kids Loves the Museum

Early on in life, I have made it a point to expose my kids to museums and libraries. While most people think these places are somewhat "boring", my kids jump up and down whenever I tell them we'll be visiting the museums or the local libraries.

I think having them appreciate these sort of stuff make them more learned. I always suggest to new mommies to take their babies to educational places instead of hanging out at McDonald's.

Girls Talk: Rest and Relaxation

So most of you know that it is now WINTER here in the United States and unless you are living in the few states that stays warm throughout the year, then you are probably covered in snow right now.

Not to worry, though. We have an INDOOR WATER PARK here in Albuquerque ;)
We took the kids and they had soooo much fun.

It was a bit pricey but OH SO WORTH IT! 

The smile on the kids' faces was enough to make  me and their dad happy :)

Mommy Moments: School Talk!

Here in the U.S., June is actually the summer break. 

Kids get back to school either at the end of August or the start of May.

Anyways, RAYE graduated elementary school last month! She is finally gonna start Middle School.

Daddy and Daughter Luau Dance

Raye just had a school dance recently called the "Daddy and Daughter Luau".

Jay was actually away on a week-long conference and he made it just in time for the dance. He flew home the same day of the dance. Whew!

Raye really enjoyed her special night with her daddy.

Been soooo busy!

Sorry at MISSING-IN-ACTION na naman ako. I've just been so busy with school and the kids that I did not have any extra time to post something new or bloghop.

Anyways, I'm gonna be graduating in August so by the end of this year ay work mode na naman ulit. I've missed being in the workforce so much.

I didn't have any classes today so I decided to take the kids for some skating lessons. Josh and Nica had a lot of fun!

The kids and I decided to continue the weekly lessons (I honestly thought they'd be bored to death!) so we're coming back every week until they learn how to become better skaters.
