Some people!

Ok. I try my best to be nice but there are just some people out there who just strikes my nerves with things they say.

I usually don't give a crap about other people's yakkerings (meaning: their never-ending talks about  nonsense!) and I usually mind my own business BUT if that person keeps saying pasimpleng pambabara  to me over and over again, it just plain pisses me off!

Most especially when they go to your site and constantly contradicts what you say. Hindi mo alam kung INGGITERA lang talaga or walang etiquetta. I mean if you don't like me, then nobody's forcing you to visit my site, right?!

Example, magpo-post ako about my new purse and I guess that person doesn't like expensive purses (or baka walang pambili?!) Instead na tumahimik na lang ay magco-comment pa ng one-liner na "di ako mahilig dyan". Who the funk is asking you kung mahilig ka sa purses or hindi??! Did I? 

Or di kaya makikita nya magpo-post ako about places we go to and she's gonna say some crap like "di ko type pumunta sa mga ganyan."

WTF?

Personally, if I don't like someone, I would NOT waste my valuable time going to their site or even commenting to things I don't even care about. So, if YOU don't like me--then stop going here (or my other blog) and stop posting USELESS and NONSENSE comments.

You are starting to get on my nerves.

L'Oreal Age Perfect Day Cream

Ok. This is such a fab product for people ages 30+. It's probably geared to the 40's since it says "For Mature Skin" but it's never too early to start applying anti-wrinkle/ anti-age spot cream since I am always out in the sun with the kids.

It has SPF 15 and it moisturizes my face really well. It smells good, too.

Bath time fun!

Nica loves taking a bath before she sleeps/naps and tonight she wanted
to play with her letters and numbers set.
It's made specifically for bath tubs coz it sticks when wet. So cute!
I tried teaching her to read simple words while she's bathing but
she's not interested hahaha!

Random Blah's

First off, I am still irritated that my main blog MAARTE is still getting blocked by my ISP! I already changed DNS but it still does not work. I can view it on my iPhone and I know other people can view it on their own computers so I know for sure it's on my end that's preventing it from showing up/loading.  Nakakainis!

I want to look up more solutions but I'm a lil bit pressed for time lately and whenever I do go online, it's only to return comments to my readers here at blogspot.

Jay and I are thinking of moving from cable back to DirecTv so I can watch TFC again! We subscribed to the Filipino Premium Channel on our cable company pero jusko wala ka mapanood! Who wants to watch Istarzan or Ang Pagbabalik ng Probinsyano??! Hahahahaha So, even though I'm not DirecTv's biggest fan, at least with them I can get to watch ASAP and Wowowee hihihihi!

Aveeno

I went to walmart earlier today and had a fab find! The Aveeno Nourish
+ Condition Leave-In Treatment. It's about $7 and it's made by company
I really love.

I use a lot of Aveeno face/body products and this is
actually the first time I tried their hair products.

The verdict: so far I like it! It didn't weight my hair down and it
took away the frizzies.

I wonder if...

...this really works? I got it at GNC while buying my calcium
supplements. It's less than $10 and it's supposed to strengthen hair
from the inside.

Well, I'll give it a month and we'll see kung gaganda nga hair ko hehehe

Mellow Yellow Monday

Playing at the Park.

We have a playground/park directly behind our house and I love how convenient it is for the kids and I when they want to go out and play. No need to walk far or load them up in the car just to go to a playground.

It's also a good place to meet other kids. Or moms :)

Botanical Garden

A couple of weeks ago we went to the Botanical Garden, it's about 15 minutes away and right next to the Zoo and the Aquarium. How awesome is that?

We loved the Botanical Garden because it was so breezy and peaceful. You could just sit there are all day and read a book or have a picnic.

We're planning on getting a Family Membership so we can go in and out whenever we want.

It's just madness!

I don't know why but I've been feeling down in the dumps lately.
There'a really no reason for me to be feeling this way but for some
unknown reason/s I'm just stressed out and sad.

Pull me up from this slump, please.

Polka-Dot is Love

Went with Raye to the mall today and when we went to one of her fave
stores, CLAIRE'S, I found this cute brush set. It was only $9 and it's
pretty nice! The bristles are surprisingly soft.
So, yeah, I had to buy it. Too cute and too cheap to pass up!

inCase

Do you like my new pink iPhone case from inCase? It's hardshell and it has a blushy pink color at the top and a more deeper pink on the bottom (looks kinda purplish on PhotoBooth, though). Weird.

Anyways, I really like it. It's so cute!

Clinique

Got some new stuff at Clinique. I especially love the mineral make-up
(I haven't worn liquid or cream make-up since I switched to mineral 2
years ago.)

I also got a brush cleanser, I already run out of my old one and the
bristles have started getting prickly. Ewww.

I recommend using Clinique for people who have sensitive skin. It
doesn't make my face break out or get itchy. Or if you want a cheaper
alternative, Almay is a good choice.

Hello and Welcome to still FAB.

So I've been toying with this idea for a long time. Never had the time and energy to do it before but lately I've been inspired (and let's hope it stays that way!).

I've originally wanted to do this beauty blog on my www.maarte.me website but it is STILL down. Unfortunately. *sigh*

Hopefully, it will be up and running soon (currently changing servers) but I don't even know if I want to use that OR stay here with blogspot since it's easier to do mobile posts.

At the Aquarium
